I stopped taking preworkout because of how it made me feel. I felt jittery and my heart felt as though it was beating out of my chest. I don’t get that with prococo, it gives me just enough of a boost to get through my workout.
I drink a scoop with 24oz to 32oz of water every morning before I work out. It keeps me hydrated and gives me enough energy. It doesn’t give me that jittery feeling like coffee does on an empty stomach.
Great long-lasting fuel for any type of workout without jitters or a crash. The mental clarity and calm is a really nice added bonus. It has a pleasant taste when just mixed with water. I definitely make sure that I always have some on-hand.
I used a whisk to mix this and it blended very well. Chilled it and on put on ice and it tasted like a soft coconut water drink (not too overpowering flavor).
Gave a good stable uplift of caffeine. The thing I really like is that this gives me energy like a coffee, but won't stain my teeth and I get more vitamins/minerals :)
I use to drink coffee throughout the day while In the office and had to deal with the day time jitters! Now I have one glass of water and a scoop of pro-coco and I’m set for the rest of the day, energy without the jitters! Great before my workouts too. 🤙
